I prepared zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, and chili peppers
Cut the main ingredient zucchini into half-moon pieces and shred the carrots into bite-size pieces.
Chop mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
I used the mushrooms, but I can use any mushrooms at home.
To make it a bit spicy, I cut a piece of Cheongyang red pepper.

Grease the pan and add 1/2 tbsp more savory TIP sesame oil.

Add the prepared zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms.

The savory smell of sesame oil is blowing through the house, which makes you feel better,
Stir-fry zucchini and carrots until they are slightly transparent and ripe.

It's time to season it.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little salt,
Garnish with pepper and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

When the zucchini is soft and cooked, add hot pepper and stir-fry it for 10 seconds
Turn off the light and you're done

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with savory sesame seeds.
I think zucchini tastes better when it's crunchy than when it's fully cooked.
You can season it with salted shrimp.
