Slurp! Tteokbokki with glass noodles
This is a glass noodle tteokbokki made because I wanted to eat tteokbokki that was left in the freezer and was filled with tteokbokki soup. Slurp~~ The chewy tteokbokki rice cake that you eat one by one is delicious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Soak 50g of glass noodles in a hot pot for about 40 minutes in advance, put 200g of tteokbokki rice cake, and pour 3+1/2 cups of kelp anchovy broth.

Then prepare a green onion and slice the white part, add 3 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, and 1 tablespoon of salt, and boil it.

When it boils evenly over high heat, reduce the heat to medium to low heat and boil it for about 10 minutes while stirring.

And since 2 pieces of square fish cake are thick, chop them and boil them.
STEP 5/6
Cut the green onion into pieces.

Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and boil it slightly.
