Cut 1 tofu in half and cut it into 5 pieces.

Heat the pan and cover it with perilla oil.

Put tofu in a pan and fry it.

Cook tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Place the golden tofu on a plate.

Chop the green onion into thin slices. Cut tofu before baking.

I make the sauce.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar and stir to mix evenly.

Add chopped green onions, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, and perilla oil and stir to make the sauce.

Sprinkle the sauce over the tofu. Perilla oil tofu frying is complete.
* Pancake tofu is convenient because it does not break if you use hard tofu.
*Grill it in perilla oil and eat it when it's warm to feel the perilla oil smell.
*Use soft tofu.
