The spicy and cool cucumber soup with red pepper powder is a side dish that my husband likes in summer. If you run out of ice, you'll get a bowl of ice in no time^^

  • onion
    1/2ea
  • sparkling water
    500ml
  • Korean style soy sauce
    5T
  • Red pepper powder
    2T
  • Vinegar
    2T
  • Oligosaccharide
    2T
  • Sesame
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Cut dried seaweed into 3cm pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 2/13
Please soak it in water.
STEP 3/13
When the seaweed is well soaked, rub it with your hands and wash it.

Drain the seaweed on a strainer tray.
STEP 5/13
Please shred the cucumber.

Chop the onions, too.

Please prepare soy sauce, red pepper powder, vinegar, and oligosaccharide.

Please prepare carbonated water.

Mix house soy sauce, vinegar, oligosaccharide and red pepper powder in carbonated water.

You can mix it with ice.
You can use sugar instead of oligosaccharide. You can add or subtract vinegar, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide according to your taste.
