Making stir-fried oyster mushroom
My husband likes mushrooms. If you stir-fry it like this, thumbs up! It empties the bowl. I often make it for my husband who has a stomachache because it's good for reducing cholesterol.

  • onion

  • Paprika
    1/2ea
  • egg
    1ea
  • Salt

  • ground pepper

  • Sesame oil

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Prepare the old oyster mushroom, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce.
STEP 2/12
Tear the old oyster mushroom into 2-3 pieces by hand.
STEP 3/12
Add salt and pepper to the torn oyster mushroom.
STEP 4/12
Add an egg to the mushroom.
STEP 5/12
Wear sanitary gloves and mix the eggs, salt, and pepper well.
STEP 6/12
Chop the onion and paprika and prepare.
STEP 7/12
Grease the pan.
STEP 8/12
Stir-fry onion and paprika slightly.
STEP 9/12
Stir-fry the old oyster mushrooms on top of it.
Please stir-fry it on high heat.
STEP 10/12
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.
Stir-fry over high heat so that the soup disappears.
STEP 11/12
Lastly, add a teaspoon of sesame oil and stir-fry.

Put it in a bowl and crush the sesame seeds with your hands and it's done!
