Prepare the old oyster mushroom, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce.

Tear the old oyster mushroom into 2-3 pieces by hand.

Add salt and pepper to the torn oyster mushroom.

Add an egg to the mushroom.

Lastly, add a teaspoon of sesame oil and stir-fry.

Put it in a bowl and crush the sesame seeds with your hands and it's done!
1. Stir-fry the old oyster mushroom on strong heat quickly so that it doesn't get any soup.
2. Sesame seeds are not ground, and if you crush sesame seeds every time you eat them, the savory scent and taste double!
