Ingredients: pollack roe 300g, kkari pepper 20g, garlic 5 pieces, red pepper 1
Spice salad: 1 dried red pepper, half a ton of ginger, 1 green onion
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of refined rice wine, half a tablespoon of starch syrup, a little sesame seeds
Cooking sauce: 1.5 tablespoons of sugar + 3 tablespoons of soy sauce + half tablespoons of ginger juice + half tablespoons of starch syrup

STEP 4/9
Boil spicy vegetables and 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine over high heat
Boil it and blanch the pollack roe slightly.
If you blanch pollack roe with spicy vegetables, the fishy smell is removed and the shape is alive.
