  • dried bonito

  • Water
    1.5L
  • Shiitake mushroom

  • Fried tofu
    5~6ea
  • leek

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • fish cake

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Ingredients (based on 2 servings).
STEP 2/6
Make broth by adding 1 bottle of Chilgap Agricultural Gasobushi to 1.5L of water.
STEP 3/6
I prepare vegetables.
STEP 4/6
(1)When the broth boils, heat and scoop out the fried tofu, fish cake, green onion, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper.
STEP 5/6
Cook the udon noodles in boiling water and put them in a bowl.
STEP 6/6
Put floating fish paste, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and fish cakes on top of the udon noodles and pour the broth!!
