Ingredients
  • Duck Meat
    200g
  • asparagus
    4ea
  • Butter
    20g
  • ground pepper
    2t
  • Salt
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Season the front and back of the duck breast with pepper and salt.
STEP 2/6
I'm not going to use oil in the pan. Heat the pan over high heat for about 30 seconds and when the smoke rises, place the duck's skin facing to the bottom.
STEP 3/6
Even if the duck skin is not burning until the oil comes out, don't worry about it. (It takes about 2 minutes.) Turn it upside down and bake it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Add butter and bake for another 15 seconds. Stand on each side and bake for about 15 seconds.
STEP 4/6
Cut the duck breast steak into bite-size pieces and bake the cut side back and forth. (You'd better cook it if you can.)
STEP 5/6
Bake fresh asparagus with only healthy duck alkaline oil and butter until golden brown.
