Triangle pancake with perilla leaves
It's when perilla leaves are delicious. I put tuna in the fragrant perilla leaf and made jeon. It's spicy with Cheongyang red pepper, but the softness of tuna and the flavor of perilla leaves go well together.

Cooking Steps

Squeeze the soup of the tuna can and mash it.
*Wash perilla leaves and drain them on a sieve

Grease a pan with cooking oil, soak perilla leaves in egg water and cook. *Flip over and cook the bottom side until golden brown.
