Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Separate the egg yolk from the egg yolk.
STEP 2/8
Whisk the egg whites with a whisk, and when they start to rise, add sugar A to make the hair

Mix cocoa powder and instant coffee powder in milk.
STEP 4/8
Add sugar B to the egg yolk and mix well.
STEP 5/8
Add milk mixture to egg yolk and mix well.
STEP 6/8
Sift the gravitational powder, baking soda, and baking powder into the egg yolk and mix.
STEP 7/8
Add meringue to the egg yolk three times.
STEP 8/8
Place in a chiffon cake mold and bake 30-35 snow in a 170 degree oven.
