Cooking Steps

Wash raw abalone in vinegar

    The recipe is perfect. It's too good a menu to feed abalone to your family. The first one was made with sincerity and the second one was made with the know-how Visually, I ate it deliciously, both tastefully and without likes and dislikes. I think it's good to add mirin and sprinkle sesame oil and chives generously. Thank you for the good recipe ^^

    Oh, I really enjoyed the food I used to enjoy hot pot rice, so I soaked the rice in a colander for 10 minutes Add less water and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. 15 minutes. Seasoning is good and it tastes just right!!!!
