Easy Egg Porridge
It's a recipe that I came up with because it's a waste of money to try porridge and it feels a little cumbersome to make it. As many people know, I uploaded it for someone I don't know. We didn't set the amount either, so make it as delicious as you want

Cooking Steps

Put the rice in a pot with 3/2 bowls of water and boil it over medium low heat.

If the rice expands to a certain extent and becomes porridge, beat the eggs well and mix them well.

When rice is about to become porridge with eggs, season it with soy sauce or salt and pepper.

Finally, chop vegetables such as carrots and onions into small pieces (it's delicious if you stir-fry them slightly in oil), close the lid, let it steam for 1-2 minutes, and take it out to a bowl for a delicious meal.

If you eat it with kimchi, etc. according to your preference, you can complete a simple egg porridge that is really delicious even if you eat it when you are sick or when you are a little hungry.
