Cooking Steps

Soak beef brisket (for soup) in water and drain blood for 5 to 10 minutes.

After that, add a handful of green onions and a little pepper and boil until the radish is fully cooked.

Put it on the plate and it's done
Remove the foam that rises when boiling little by little. Let's boil it over low heat for a long time to deepen the taste and add seasoning little by little if the taste is insufficient.
