Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
1. Udon noodles are sour because they're acid-treated Soak it in water for about 10 minutes to remove the sourness and use it. It's clumped together, so loosen it, rip it off, and remove the water.

2. Rinse and cut 5 slices of bacon in water and mix 1/2 onion, 1/2 cabbage and 1/2 paprika into bite-size pieces

3. Add 2T oyster sauce, 3T chili oil (or olive oil + Cheongyang) and 1T chili powder and mix.

3. Put it in a gratin bowl and cook it for 180 degrees and 8 minutes.
