Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove the top of the yellow plum thread. If you wash it without picking the stem, the foreign substances between the stem and the plum won't wash.
STEP 2/6
Wash yellow plum thread with baking soda or fruit sanitizer. Then, place it on a sieve to remove the water. I put kitchen towel on a tray and spread plum on it, and it dries quickly.

. While drying the plum, pour hot water into the bottle to disinfect it, turn it upside down and dry it.

After 30 to 40 minutes, the weather is sunny these days, so plums and bottles are almost dried up. Wipe the bottle with a kitchen towel and drain it completely. Otherwise, plum extract may get moldy. Now, you can put plum in the bottle.

If you leave the soaked bottle in the shade of the back veranda, it will ferment too slowly, so put it behind the front veranda pots and cover it with a towel about two-thirds of the time. Then it's fermented very well, so you'll be able to eat delicious mesilcheong in 100 days.
And once a week, don't open the lid in the middle, and put the sugar on the bottom with a towel, put the bottle on top, and shake it from side to side. Then the sugar will mix well.

You will be able to enjoy plum extract from 100 days later. Mesil tastes deeper as it goes on.
