Wash the mulberries clean.Remove the top of the mulberry.

(Odi8, Sugar 2) Put sugar and odi in a pot at a ratio of 8 to 2 and turn the heat to low.Stir it little by little.

The sugar and mulberry gradually turn into syrup and boil, stirring little by little, mixing sugar and mulberry.

When it becomes viscous like jam, turn off the heat and grind the mulberry evenly with a hand mixer.

Boil the ground mulberries slightly over low heat.You can feel the viscosity as you stir it, and you're done when you lump it.

Disinfect the glass bottle with hot water and dry it.Store the finished mulberry jam in a glass bottle.

Please refrigerate the mulberry jam when it cools down.Make it without additives and eat it within a week as much as possible.Spread on bread that suits your taste and enjoy it.
Since mulberry has its own sweet taste, I added a little sugar.Do not add water, stir over low heat with mulberry and sugar only to prevent stretching.When storing jam, make sure to sterilize the glass bottle with hot water.
