Put the ingredients back into 7 cups of water and boil over medium low heat to make broth.

Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and season it.

When all the ingredients are cooked evenly and the taste begins to soak out of the soup, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to suit your taste and finish the potato fish cake soup.
