The sauce is amazing! The recipe for Jongwon Baek samgyetang

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, wash the chicken clean and remove the tail.Fill the chicken with pre-soaked rice for about 30 minutes.

Cross your legs and fix them with a toothpick.You can cut one chicken leg and twist the other.

Mix 1/4 cup chicken broth + 1/4 cup red pepper powder + a little mustard + 2T soy sauce + 2T vinegar + 1/3T sugar + 1T minced garlic + a little green onion

It's boiled in a pressure rice cooker, and the chicken is really boiled and the meat is really soft.
