STEP 1/7
First, prepare 600g for duck loss.
Pour a 200ml pack of milk to get rid of the smell
Soak for 15 minutes.

Cut the chives into 5cm long pieces,
Chop the onions and carrots, and chop the green onions diagonally.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, pepper and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and mix well.
Then cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

I put only the amount to eat and boiled it separately.
