Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, cut the cauliflower into quarters to make it easier to blanch.
STEP 2/5
Blanch cauliflower in boiling water (+ 1/2 T salt) over high heat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
STEP 3/5
Put it in cold water to remove the heat, and then drain it through a sieve.
STEP 4/5
Next, cut it into bite-sized pieces
STEP 5/5
It's delicious when you season it with red pepper paste, and it's delicious when you dip it in it.
