STEP 1/8
First, pour water to cover the eggs, add a small spoonful of salt, and start boiling. I'll boil it for about 7 minutes and prepare a hard-boiled egg.
STEP 2/8
I'll cut the vegetables while the eggs are boiling. Remove three or four outer leaves of cabbage, divide them into two to four pieces according to size, cut off the middle wick, and chop them into 0.7cm thick pieces.
STEP 3/8
Slice the carrots in the same thickness as the cabbage.
STEP 4/8
6T mayonnaise, 2T tartar sauce, 2t sugar, 1/2t salt, 1/3t pepper. I'll mix them well and prepare the sauce.
STEP 5/8
Add half the sauce to the shredded cabbage and carrots and mix well.
STEP 6/8
Cool boiled eggs in ice water for about 10 minutes and peel.
STEP 7/8
Using a fork, chop the egg into particles. Add the remaining sauce and mix well to make an egg salad.
STEP 8/8
Cut off the edges of the bread, fill the cabbage salad, strawberry jam, and egg salad in order, and cut it in half, and you're done making the popular Inkigayo sandwich!
You have to put in a lot of egg salad to make it taste good! There's nothing special about the ingredients, but it was good enough. It's more than I expected, so I think I'll make it sometimes. Mayonnaise is mixed with tartar sauce to give it a more rich taste. Enjoy your day!
1) You can toast the bread crispy.
2) Mix mayonnaise with tartar sauce to add flavor.
