Cooking Steps

Please prepare the cold noodle broth, young radish kimchi, and soup sold on the market.

Boil the eggs, please.

Place half a bag of naengmyeon stock in a bowl.

Add half of the young radish kimchi soup, please.
STEP 5/7
Boil the cold noodles for a minute or two when the water is boiling and boil them in cold water.
