Macrobiotic temple cuisine
Macrobiotic is a combination of Macro (large) and Bio (life) and refers to a series of ways to choose, cook, and consume food. This pursues multigrain such as brown rice and vegetarian-centered meals, and the food ingredients are basically consumed as a whole without throwing away the skin and roots. Now that natural diet is increasingly popular, let's prepare a comfortable meal with macrobiotic temple dishes.
