While enjoying cooking using lotus leaves, I made ginseng lotus leaf dishes using potatoes and various ingredients that are in season these days. Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the sauce ingredients in a blender, transfer them to a pot, and boil them once.

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, add a little salt to the pot, cook them, and mash them.

Put mashed potatoes, perilla powder, shrimp, and chopped vegetables in a bowl, mix well, and divide into three or four chunks.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and roast sliced ginseng and garlic.
