STEP 3/6
Make the sauce for braised mushroom with side dishes.
Boil 1.5T of oligosaccharide and 3T of soy sauce in 150ml of water.
STEP 4/6
When it boils, add the mushrooms.
I used mini pine mushrooms,
You can use any mushroom.
STEP 5/6
Boil it down.
You can hold the water very small.
Mushrooms are not water-drinking ingredients
No matter how much you boil down, the water doesn't decrease much.
STEP 6/6
When it's all boiled down, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
It has a savory scent.
It's perfect as a side dish in this hot season
1. Mushrooms are not water-absorbing ingredients, so you just need to hold a little water and boil it down.
2. If my recipe doesn't taste right, add or subtract with oligosaccharide or soy sauce or salt to your personal preference :)
