I'm already halfway done making cream risotto.

Pour it in until the rice is slightly soaked. You shouldn't boil it for a long time because they put cooked cold rice instead of raw rice.
If you boil it for a long time, it's porridge!!

When it boils up, add Cheongyang red pepper to the mushroom cream risotto. You can skip it, but if you add Cheongyang red pepper, it's more delicious because it takes away the greasiness of the cream :)
If your child eats it with you, please skip Cheongyang red pepper!
I used mushrooms today, so it's delicious even if I use chicken, and there's nothing to say about seafood, right? lol
