STEP 1/13
All the ingredients are shredded and prepared. Carrots, onions, zucchinis, and dried shiitake mushrooms. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for more than 2 hours and squeeze them tightly.

Put a little bit of oil, season it with salt, and stir-fry it. You can stir-fry all the ingredients like this.
STEP 3/13
Stir-fry zucchini, too.
STEP 4/13
Carrots are for color..I'm going to fry it and prepare it. Even for those who don't like the scent of carrots, the sweetness becomes stronger when stir-fried, so you can easily access it.
STEP 5/13
Now stir-fry the beef. Since it's marinated beef, just stir-fry it without any other seasoning.
STEP 6/13
Lastly, stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms. And you can prepare a fried egg.
STEP 7/13
All the stir-fried ingredients are ready. Just use the ingredients in the refrigerator. You don't need zucchini or shiitake mushrooms.

Serve the rice in a large bowl. Put the ingredients one by one according to the colors. Beef bulgogi, stir-fried onions, stir-fried carrots, stir-fried zucchini, seasoned bean sprouts, and even stir-fried shiitake mushrooms!!
STEP 11/13
There was lettuce left after eating meat, so I ripped the lettuce and put it in. In the middle, put a lot of bibimjang, which is a non-salty burdock ssamjang.
STEP 12/13
