Whole pork steak fried rice - Chicken stock is a must for fried
Today, I made fried rice with stronger whole-neck steak from CJ. There's nothing like fried rice to break the ingredients in the refrigerator, right? Let's make simple and delicious fried rice!

Ingredients
  • pork neck
    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Carrot
    1/4ea
  • leek
    1/3ea
  • instant rice
    2ea
  • Chicken stock
    1piece
  • Butter
    1TS

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, chop the green onion, carrot, and onion into small pieces.
You can use the leftover vegetables in the refrigerator.
STEP 2/5
Chop one whole pork neck steak, too.
STEP 3/5
Put a tablespoon of butter in a pan
Add the prepared ingredients all at once and stir-fry them together.
STEP 4/5
When the ingredients are cooked, add rice and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/5
And lastly, add chicken stock.
If you don't have chicken stock, you can use oyster sauce!
