Please prepare the ingredients.

Cut chestnuts and ginseng (3cm left), separate jujube from seeds and cut it long (3 pieces left), and stir-fry the ginkgo to remove the skin.

Boil the water and jujube seeds for the rice and turn off the heat when it boils.

Remove the jujube seeds, filter out the water, mix the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil, and put them in a rice bowl with rice.

Put ginseng, chestnuts, jujube, and ginkgo in a rice bowl and cook rice with regular rice in an electric rice cooker.

While cooking rice, cut the ginseng and jujube left over into garnish.

When the rice is ready, add sesame oil and mix.

Put sesame oil on the mold to make the rice.

Fill the mold with yakbab to make a shape and garnish it to complete.
