Please prepare the ingredients

Chop up the ginseng and prepare it

Put the flour and glutinous rice flour on a sieve

Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the powder and stir with a fork

Add chopped ginseng, honey, and soju and put them together

Use a rolling pin to roll the lump to 2cm thick

Shape with cookie mold, or if you don't have cookie molds, cut them into squares with a knife

Place the paper foil on the oven pan, place the dough on top, and dip it with a toothpick

Put the dough in the catech oil and place it back on the oven pan.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius, then bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, turn it upside down, and bake for another 5 minutes.

In the meantime, add honey, water, and chopped ginseng grass roots and boil the syrup. Turn off the heat when it boils.
STEP 12/12
As soon as the medicine and dough come out of the oven, put it in syrup and boil it down. Transfer the boiled yakgwa to a plate.
*If you don't have a rolling pin, you can just press it with your hand
*If you want something softer, like fried yakgwa, you can add canola oil to the dough itself
