the ginseng medicine baked in the oven
I made it because I thought it would go well with Korean traditional snacks, yakgwa and ginsengUsually, yakgwa is fried in oil, but sometimes I think it's greasy because of the fried taste, so I baked it lightly in the oven and made ginseng yakgwa The recipe is very simple, so anyone can easily make baked ginseng yakgwa
