A handful of anchovies, 3 depots, a little bit of barley shrimp, 1 piece of radish,
2 pieces of kelp, 1 piece of green onion. Add dried peppers and 2 liters of water
When the water boils hard, take out the kelp and boil it on low heat for more than 20 minutes for an hour to eat delicious broth.
They told me to cook it for more than 2 hours at Kang's Kitchen
STEP 3/11
100ml of soy sauce. 50ml of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, a little pepper
Bring to a boil over low heat so that minced garlic doesn't burn
STEP 4/11
And it gets stuck in the net and gives it a clean taste
STEP 5/11
Cut the seaweed into 4 pieces and cut into small pieces
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Stir-fry on low heat so that it doesn't get steaming
STEP 6/11
Lastly, you can season it with sesame seeds and salt.

And boil it in boiling water and cook the noodles.
When it's cooked, I'll put it in the soup right away, so you don't have to rinse it in cold water
STEP 9/11
Chop the green onions and fried tofu
Please prepare a crown daisy
STEP 10/11
Put 2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce in a bowl, depending on your preference
STEP 11/11
After pouring the broth, put the noodles and garnish on top, and that's it's done.
