baked paprika in an air fryer
I received a huge paprika, but it was bigger and fresher than buying it at a local mart, so I wondered what it was. I've never cooked paprika as the main ingredient, but I usually cook it as a supplementary ingredient. I was thinking about what to cook with it, but I remember seeing it on the show that it tastes sweeter when grilled, so I baked it in an air fryer

Ingredients
  • Paprika
  • Ham
  • tomato sauce
  • egg
  • mozzarella cheese
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare 1/2 of the paprika.
STEP 2/4
Chop the ham a little, cut the orange and green at home, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and mix them.
STEP 3/4
Fill the inside of the paprika with mixed ingredients, crack an egg and cover the top with mozzarella cheese.
STEP 4/4
Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
