(I ground perilla leaf water kimchi, but if you want to add fresh perilla leaf, please add a little water.)

Make naengmyeon seasoning with red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, and sesame oil.

Combine the ground ingredients and seasoning ingredients in a blender and mix well.
The more you mix and ripen the sauce, the better it tastes, so you can leave it in a storage container and eat it.

Boil the cold noodles in boiling water for 40 seconds and rinse them in cold water.
If you boil it for a long time, it spreads and tastes bad.

Place noodles, marinade, radish wraps, cucumbers, and eggs in the order of completion.
Spicy seasoning tastes better as it ages, so make a lot and store it in a glass bottle.
I have perilla leaf water kimchi, so I ground it in a blender without water, so please add a little water when you change the perilla leaf into the blender.
If you make radish wraps, you can use them as a substitute for pickled radish.
