Spicy and deep taste spicy cold noodles. How to make bibim naeng

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the apples and onions into small pieces to grind in a blender.
STEP 2/8
Wash the cucumber with salt and slice it with the skin.
STEP 3/8
Prepare the eggs by cutting them in half.
STEP 4/8
Grind apples, onions, and perilla leaves in a blender.
(I ground perilla leaf water kimchi, but if you want to add fresh perilla leaf, please add a little water.)
STEP 5/8
Make naengmyeon seasoning with red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
STEP 6/8
Combine the ground ingredients and seasoning ingredients in a blender and mix well.
The more you mix and ripen the sauce, the better it tastes, so you can leave it in a storage container and eat it.
STEP 7/8
Boil the cold noodles in boiling water for 40 seconds and rinse them in cold water.
If you boil it for a long time, it spreads and tastes bad.
STEP 8/8
Place noodles, marinade, radish wraps, cucumbers, and eggs in the order of completion.
Spicy seasoning tastes better as it ages, so make a lot and store it in a glass bottle. I have perilla leaf water kimchi, so I ground it in a blender without water, so please add a little water when you change the perilla leaf into the blender. If you make radish wraps, you can use them as a substitute for pickled radish.
