STEP 1/12
First, remove the sticker from the lemon.
STEP 2/12
First, wash the lemon with salt or baking powder
Rinse it thoroughly.
STEP 3/12
Next, put lemon in boiling water and heat it up as if frying it.
It's 25 seconds per piece...You can add or subtract according to the number.
STEP 4/12
Lightly slice the lemon and take it out as if you are frying it lightly.
STEP 5/12
Cut the lemon in the front and back.. If the tip goes in, it tastes more bitter than sour. If you put lemon syrup and it tastes bitter, it's probably because the tip goes in a lot.
STEP 6/12
I'm slicing it.. Cut the thickness by 2-3mm.
STEP 7/12
When you cut a lemon, you can see a lot of seeds in between.
When you make lemon syrup, it tastes bitter if you put lemon seeds as much as the tip, so if you remove small seeds from the lemon, you can make more delicious lemon syrup.
STEP 8/12
Cut it into a bowl and put it in a 1:1 ratio between lemon and sugar, so you can adjust the sugar content to suit your taste.
STEP 9/12
Prepare a 1:1 ratio of lemon and sugar
First, cut into a large bowl and mix only 90% of the sugar.
If you put lemon in a jar and marinate it with sugar, it won't melt until Saturday, so mix both sugar and lemon evenly so that it ripens quickly
STEP 10/12
If you put it in like this, you can see the sugar, but it's melted a lot.
STEP 11/12
Make lemon juice and leave it for 2 hours..
Lemon and sugar go well together quickly, maybe because the room temperature is warm.
STEP 12/12
Now split up and bottle up.. Divide it into 6 bottles
Add the remaining 10% sugar evenly on top of it.
They made it with lemon and sugar in a bowl
Sugar melts quickly, but it's kind of hard to divide it exactly
It's hard to wipe it off because sugar drips down
It's more comfortable to put lemon and sugar in the bottle
