Cooking Steps

Chop zucchini to reduce cooking time.
STEP 2/6
Chop the onion and red pepper.

Put 3 spoons of olive oil in the wok and stir-fry the chopped zucchini first.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry 1/2 spoon of salted shrimp to season zucchini.
STEP 5/6
After that, stir-fry onion and garlic slightly, then add 1 spoon of anchovy sauce and stir-fry.

Lastly, add red pepper, stir-fry sesame seeds, turn off the heat, cover the wok, and steam with the remaining heat.
*If you do this, even if it's not stir-fried, it's not soft and it's fluffy, so the texture and taste are good^^
