Cooking Steps

Drain the tofu.
STEP 2/9
Mash the drained tofu.
STEP 3/9
Slice onions and carrots, and slice shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 4/9
Chop salad vegetables into small pieces.

Remove moisture by frying tofu in a frying pan without oil.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry the onions.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry the carrots.
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 9/9
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
