STEP 1/12
I bought a frozen squid, but it's a small squid after defrosting it. First, defrost it in cold water and drain it.
STEP 2/12
Cut the vegetables according to the size of the squid. Chop the onions and cut the carrots into similar thickness and length. Chop the white part of the green onion and chop the Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper diagonally. Ready!!
STEP 3/12
Start making the seasoning. Add red pepper powder, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
STEP 4/12
And add red pepper paste, brewed soy sauce, cooking wine, and plum juice. Plum juice is sweet, but it also helps with the fishy smell. Cooking wine was also added to control the fishy smell.
STEP 5/12
Please fry the squid first.
STEP 6/12
And put all the rest of the ingredients in and mix them all.
STEP 7/12
These are the ingredients for seasoned squid. Stir-fry it in a heated pan without oil.
STEP 8/12
Add all the ingredients in a heated pan and stir-fry them. If you stir-fry it all, it's over. It's super simple.
STEP 9/12
I didn't put it in Sumine's side dish, but I cut the stem of the water parsley and put it in. It's the last one last time.
STEP 10/12
Water parsley is cooked enough with residual heat, so mix it well and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish. You can turn off the light.
STEP 11/12
I thought it would be sad if I mixed this with rice and ate it, so I thought I should boil the noodles...Or I'm preparing ramen noodles because I thought about the other side.
STEP 12/12
Put ramen noodles on top, sprinkle sesame seeds one more time, and put them on a plate. It's easy to eat Sumine's side dishes!!! Stir-fried squid is done. You can mix stir-fried cuttlefish and noodles later.
