Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the squid and blanch it in boiling water to cool it down.

Fold the squid in half and slice it as thin as possible. Cut the thick legs.

You can use laver instead of rice paper, but when using laver, it is good to remove moisture from the side that touches, such as skewers and perilla leaves.
