STEP 1/11
First, I'll cut the chives and prepare them for garnish, and I'll cut the cheongyang peppers in half to make them smell. I'll add Thai dried peppers to make it more spicy.
STEP 2/11
After washing the lotus root, peel it off and cut it into 0.7cm thick pieces, and cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and diagonally into 0.7cm thick pieces.
STEP 3/11
Prepare bok choy by dividing it from 2 to 4 according to the size, and cut off the bottom of the mandak mushroom by 1cm and remove the attached part roughly.
STEP 4/11
Pour about a cup of water into the air fryer.
STEP 5/11
First, spread out the shrimp, put all the vegetables on top of it, and put the fish ball on the top.
STEP 6/11
Cover the top with foil and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (F) [200 degrees Celsius (C)], then remove the foil for 15 minutes and cook in an air fryer for a total of 30 minutes.
+ There are a lot of questions about the tip, Malaxianguo paste. I always buy "Stir-Fried" Malaxianguo sauce at Chinese marts. I've used various brands of products, but they're all similar, so I'm using them regardless of brands.
STEP 7/11
While the ingredients are almost ready, I'll prepare the Malaxianguo sauce. If you make beef in stir-fried oil, the taste of the dish gets much deeper. Add enough cooking oil to about four tablespoons, then stir-fry beef brisket, then add peppers to make it spicy, add mala xiang guo paste, and minced garlic and stir-fry.

STEP 8/11
Now add the finished vegetables and shrimp to the prepared mala sauce.
STEP 9/11
The shrimp and vegetables were all cooked well. All you have to do is mix it well. Stir-fry it for about 5 minutes so that the taste harmonizes with each other, and then add a spoon of sesame oil at the end to make a really delicious air fryer dish, Malaxianguo. Please put it in a nice way and finish it with chives and sesame seeds.
STEP 10/11
Cheongyang chili pepper, Thai dried chili pepper, and mala sauce are all in one place. I would like to recommend this dish to those who like hot spicy food that stimulates their appetite.
STEP 11/11
Today, we're here with a recipe for making Malaxianguo, an air fryer dish that you can enjoy in a different way. The spicy visual makes your mouth water, right? Enjoy your day! :)
