Super fast Korean beef dish.
These days, I'm doing a very difficult home exercise called "Eating the ingredients in the refrigerator" exercise. Within a month of starting like that, there's room in the freezer The refrigerator is getting cleaner and cleaner. I was looking through the freezer and there was there~ It seems like a few months have passed, so let's eat as soon as possible before it's delicious~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Even though frozen Korean beef was defrosted, the color was still clear and the meat quality was good. I put it on a scale and it's 430 grams.
STEP 2/10
I removed the grease with Boogeok scissors and found that it was 300 grams.
I think it's the perfect amount to eat with my husband
STEP 3/10
Blanch 150 grams of raw wood mushrooms in boiling water...
One bird song..One shiitake...Cut three mushrooms...
Prepare half of the yellow bell peppers that are about to die in the refrigerator.
STEP 4/10
Put a tablespoon of olive oil and stir-fry all the ingredients without any seasoning~~ Do you know that wood ear mushrooms make the sound of burning like bombs? Don't be surprised. Stir-fry it for 3 minutes...
STEP 5/10
If the sound of the mushroom cooking in horror dies down, add a spoon of oyster sauce rice and mix it.
STEP 6/10
Remove to another plate.
Even if it doesn't look cooked, it's cooked with residual heat.
STEP 7/10
Put beef in the pan and cook it...
STEP 8/10
When done, season with 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp pepper.
If you season it with salt beforehand, the gravy will be drained.
Frozen meat should be cooked thoroughly.
STEP 9/10
Add the vegetables that were cooked and taken out, cut about 5 pieces of chives, mix, and cook for about 20 seconds.
STEP 10/10
As expected, the remaining heat of the frying pan makes the ingredients blend well as they ripen.
Don't put it in another bowl, but put it on the frying pan tray table so that you can eat it warm until you finish eating it.
Wood ear mushrooms go so well with meat.
One meal for two people is enough without rice is enough.
It was a dish that wasn't unusual, but it was really delicious.
