STEP 1/11
Trim 1kg of chives and clean them clean :)

Cut the front part and cut it in half

Add 20ts of red pepper powder
STEP 4/11
Add 20Ts of anchovy sauce
STEP 5/11
Add 2Ts of sugar and 4Ts of plum extract
STEP 6/11
Add 2ts of minced ginger, 4ts of minced garlic, and 4ts of salted shrimp
STEP 8/11
Grab a handful of chives and put the sauce on the roots
STEP 9/11
Add 2TS of chopped Cheongyang chili pepper and sesame seeds and mix
STEP 10/11
Store in a container at room temperature for about a day
You can put it in the refrigerator the next day and eat it :)

Put it in pretty and enjoy it!!
1 Ts = 15 ml = 1 tablespoon
1ts = 5ml = 1 teaspoon
