Beef soboro and egg soboro fried tofu rice
Green onions are fried tofu rice balls, but sometimes they're easy and different..How does it taste? Of course! Up!!GRADE~^^

  • Pumpkin
    1/3cup
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Carrot
    1/3cup
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Fried tofu
    5ea
  • Salt
    1ts
  • ground pepper
    little
  • sweet vinegar water
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare ground beef + minced pumpkin, egg + minced carrot, 1/2 teaspoon each salt, and pepper
STEP 2/7
Stir-fry while rummaging through each..It becomes a soft soboro.
STEP 3/7
Mix 1 spoonful of sweet vinegar in a bowl of rice
STEP 4/7
Add 2/3 of the rice to the fried tofu rice balls
STEP 5/7
Place beef soboro on top of fried tofu rice balls.
STEP 6/7
Put the egg soboro on the fried tofu rice balls..
STEP 7/7
With pickled radish..You don't need other side dishes, do you?^^
If you put in too much rice, it'll rip and it's hard to eat because it's too big~~put in moderately.. It's delicious even if you add half of rice and half of SoboroIt's up to your preference~^^
