Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the bamboo shoots in half, peel off the outer skin, and leave only the soft parts
Wash it
STEP 2/5
Boil the washed bamboo shoots slightly in boiling water and quickly soak them in cold water.
Soak it for half a day.
They say it's toxic.

Cut it into bite-size pieces

The ratio of soy sauce, water, sugar, and vinegar is 1:1:1:1:1
in a large pot
I'll boil it.
