Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Pour milk into chicken breast and marinate. (About 10 minutes)
STEP 2/8
Roll up the perilla leaves and cut them into long pieces.
STEP 3/8
Wash the chicken breast clean in running water and slice it thinly, marinate it in rice wine and pepper.
STEP 4/8
Blanch chicken breast in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and remove.
(Chicken breast is for 2 people)

Pour 2 cups of water into a pot, and when it boils, add ramen and powder powder and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/8
When the noodles are almost done, add the chicken breast and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/8
Add perilla leaves and mix them
STEP 8/8
Please put it in a bowl.
*One chicken breast can be cooked for two people. *When boiling one serving, blanch only 1/2 of them or use half of them after blanching like me. *You can store half of it in the refrigerator and use it.
