Buy a local chicken, cut it into pieces, and blanch it in boiling water.
If the chicken meat turns white, take it out and put it on a strainer tray.

Put cooking oil in a royal pan and add green onions, dried peppers, and sliced garlic
Please stir-fry it together.
Stir-fry garlic over high heat until golden brown.

Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, sugar, and minced garlic.
Style Jiyoon is made salty.
It's bland and salty. We have different tastes, so please put it in as much as you like.

Place over medium heat and add stir-fried garlic and blanched native chicken in green onion.

Stir over medium heat to mix the native chicken, garlic and green onion well.

Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and put them in here.

Add onions and carrots, too.

Put the sauce over medium heat and mix well
Please turn around.
We don't add water separately because the vegetables get water while boiling.
Cover tightly and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Make sure to rummage through it so that it doesn't stick.
