Hello! My daughter who came back from America wants to eat sashimiI went to Gilrae Fish Market and brought sashimi Suddenly, I want to eat rice with raw fishI prepared the ingredients that I have at home. The chewy texture of using fresh sashimi is not envious of any Japanese restaurant's raw fish over rice! You can enjoy it simply and deliciously at home^^

  • a crown daisy

  • seaweed flakes

  • Cabbage

  • Red pepper paste

  • perilla oil

  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the vegetables that will go into the raw fish bowl
You can use the vegetables at home~^^.

Cut lettuce, cabbage, red onion, mugwort, and chives into bite-size pieces.

Use fresh sashimi~~

You can enjoy raw fish without the fishy smell if you use fresh ones. I used commercial red pepper paste, and it's good. It's convenient to use it quickly when you're busy^^ You can use vegetables according to your preference or sprout.
