Wash dried pollack lightly
Squeeze the water out,
Cut it into small pieces with scissors.

Soak dried seaweed in cold water for about 20 minutes
Wash it several times, cut it into small pieces, and prepare it.

Stir-fry dried pollack in sesame oil.
STEP 4/6
Add seaweed and stir-fry it.
If it sticks to the bottom of the pot, stir-fry while adding water little by little.

Add 5 liters of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 6/6
When it starts to boil, turn it down to medium heat,
Add minced garlic and simmer until firm.
Lastly, season with tuna and soy sauce.
If you stir-fry dried pollack or seaweed in sesame oil or perilla oil, the soup becomes lighter.
If you want a clean and cool soup, you can fry it in oil and just boil it with water.
