I made a nutritious and cool soft tofu cold noodle soup by adding soft tofu to the cold noodle soup I used to eat when I was young.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Buy shredded woo, pour hot water and strain it through a sieve. (Removing the distinctive smell of the wood)

Add pear juice, fish sauce, salt, sugar, and crushed garlic to 1L of water and toss until sugar melts.

Cut soft tofu into small pieces.

Slice cucumbers thinly and shred them.

Shred the red pepper by shaking off the half-jola seeds.
STEP 7/7
Put the radish, cucumber, chives, red pepper, and soft tofu in the cold soup and mix them gently.
Woodwood has a unique smell, so it disappears even if you spray it with boiling water once. It is perfect for diet cooking because it is softer and you can eat it like noodles by adding soft tofu with protein ingredients that are not found in radish.
