Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients first.
Prepare tteokguk tteok (or tteokboki tteok) by washing it lightly in cold water.
Prepare fish cakes in bite-sized pieces and sliced green onions.
* In the case of frozen rice cake, rinse it lightly and soak it in warm water for a while.

Put the soaked rice cake in a frying pan (or pot) and add 2 cups water and 3 tablespoons sugar.
